 FEES

 

         Tuition fees and other charges are prescribed by the school with the approval of the Board of Trustees and based on the Department of Education (DepEd) Guidelines and Memoranda. These charges are itemized and published in the Bulletin of Information and are applicable for the term prescribed. Notice of any changes in fees will be published in advance and is being tackled during the Parents’ Orientation Program.

 

a. All financial obligations should be settled to the Cashier’s Office at least a week before the first day of Quarterly Examinations. The school is very strict on the policy of NO PERMIT, NO EXAM. Schedule of examinations are included in the School Calendar which is given to the parents during the Orientation Meeting in the opening of the school year. Aside from that, Statement of Accounts is also given ahead of time to the students for them to be reminded of their accountabilities. With this no promissory note will be entertained. The school enjoins full cooperation among parents/guardians on this matter.


b.  It is understood that Sto. Niño Catholic School has the authority to bar or not to allow the pupil/student from entering the testing center/classroom in case the parents/guardians fail to pay two (2) consecutive installments/due dates and  demandable tuition and other fees as indicated in the current schedule of payments and that the student/pupil shall only be given special tests as soon as the accounts  are paid.


c. The school is subsequent to the strict adherence on the mode of payment chosen.
